House was very clean and comfortable. Very cozy vibe. Absolutely loved the pool. Host was easy to reach with any questions we had. Will definitely stay there again when in the Tampa area.

OH, This guest, I am so unbelievably upset he slipped through the cracks when I was giving reviews, I lost my opportunity to warn other hosts about him. As a host he was one of the worst. He called me one Sunday morning 13 times at between 5 and 6am as he was stumbling, HIGHLY intoxicated, back to the home and realized he had locked himself out. When I called him back an hour later he was half asleep and sounded VERY annoyed that I was calling like I didn't have 13 missed calls from him. The calling was an issue upon him retrieving my phone number from the app. He called me about 3 times prior to his arrival and even called me as he was leaving. A text would have been suffice in every instance. He broke one of my beds so the irony of the bed statements is beyond insulting. I get messages on a weekly basis of what kind of mattress and pillows I have amongst all of my properties. And my cleaner was appalled upon getting to the property and immediately called me that the entire home smelled like bad body odor and was left in disarray along with the bed the guest broke probably while intoxicated. Bernard was a burden.

House was very clean and cute. Neighborhood was nice and very quiet. Beds were comfortable and we slept good. Plenty of towels, t.p. was high quality and there were paper towels in kitchen. Nice touch having hair ties, q-tips etc in bathroom. Worked out good for girls get away for a few days. Would definitely recommend!

Really adorable house! The host was very responsive when something came up and had the issue resolved right away. Air hockey was a big win with both our kids. The house could have used a tower fan for air circulation and TVs in all of the bedrooms. Biggest downfall was not having a washing machine available for swim wear and towels. Over all really happy with the house and would stay here again!

A clean and nicely decorated home! All rooms are very comfortable. The kids had a lot of fun with the air hockey and games. The pinball game didn't work, would be a great addition. Some house instructions would be a plus. The swimming pool water wasn't circulating, so not clean but the kids enjoyed it anyway. It was fixed one day before we left. Overall a good stay!

Such a nice, relaxing place to unwind and enjoy friends. Cute Palm Springs vibe going on. It has an air hockey table ,as well 3 additional arcade games. Lovely outdoor pool and Lani. However, being in Florida it would have been more tolerable on the Lani if you had some sort of fan, ceiling or otherwise. Also, a book for the house with all information needed, would be helpful.Really nice stay, it was just too short.

Overall a decent place. Very clean. A/C was great in all rooms except living room. Living room furniture was comfy. Kitchen could use newer pots and pans and a few more eating and serving utensils. Bathroom is small but nice, howecer shower needs rubber strip because water leaks. Beds were comfortable but pillows were rock hard. Yellow bed needed to be fixed before we could go to sleep (one screw was missing causing the slats and matress to fall). Air hockey table is very old (wobbles, insufficient air, pucks are rough), pinball machine doesn't work, pool needed to be vacuumed. Smoke detector was missing in metal bedroom.

Nice house with plenty of entertainment for kids! Love the outdoor space and decor was super cute! The only recommendation I would have is they need towel hooks. The bathroom is relatively small and there is no place to hang a damp bath towel. Overall would stay there again!
