Welcome to Apartment 80 in Building 2 of the Vier Jahreszeiten!<br>This stylish, fully renovated corner apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. <br><br>From the combined living and dining room, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view from the 8th floor across the Wagrische Peninsula: From the unobstructed view of the thatched-roof cottages all the way to the Fehmarn Sound Bridge, with a view of the Baltic Sea to the right and a distant view of the Baltic Sea across the fields to the left. The furnished balcony, bathed in morning sun, is the perfect spot for a cozy breakfast together. On cooler days, you can also enjoy the stunning view from the living room through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. From here, you can watch the sunrise over the sea to the east and the sunset to the west.<br>For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV in the living room.<br><br>In addition to the spacious double bed in the master bedroom (180×200 cm) and the unique triple bunk bed in the children’s room (3 × 90 × 200 cm), there is an additional sleeping option on the comfortable new sleeper sofa in the living room (140 × 200 cm), providing enough space for a family of five. Thanks to the apartment’s corner location, both bedrooms have windows offering sweeping views of the landscape.<br><br>The modern built-in kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering: an oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, and a dishwasher, as well as all the necessary equipment for cooking and enjoying your meals.<br><br>The new interior shower room is modernly equipped with a towel warmer, electrical outlets, a hair dryer, and a glass shower enclosure.<br><br>A travel crib with a mattress is available for our youngest guests.<br>High-quality laminate flooring has been installed in all living areas. <br><br>Look forward to your family vacation in this very beautiful and cozy apartment close to the beach and the boardwalk!<br><br>***Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. If you smoke on the balcony, please make sure the smoke doesn’t drift into the apartment***<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.<br>The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade. <br>In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex. <br>A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.<br><br>The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
