In the exclusive community of Caldera Springs, 56225 Rockcress Lane is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This large 3880 sq. ft. home is ideal for large groups with its 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 12 guests.
Step inside this luxurious home and you will find spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings, wood beam accents, large windows and beautiful hardwood floors. Additional features of this upscale home include:
• Chef’s dream kitchen boasting quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a six-gas burner gas stove with built in oven.
• Ample seating for the whole family at the dining room table and kitchen bar.
• Living room with comfortable seating, TV and floor to ceiling stone fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
