📜 House Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following house rules before booking.

🕒 Check-in: After 4:00 PM
🕚 Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

👥 Maximum occupancy must match approved reservation details.
🔇 Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM unless otherwise approved in writing.
🚭 No smoking inside the cabins or indoor spaces.
🚗 Parking is only permitted in designated parking areas.
🎆 Fireworks, confetti, glitter, smoke machines, and open flames are not permitted without prior approval.
🪑 Furniture must be returned to its original placement before departure.
Guests are responsible for basic cleanup, including trash removal and decoration cleanup.

⚠️ All events must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.
💵 Event Fees:
$1,500 Event Fee
$550 Cleaning Fee
$1,000 Refundable Security Deposit
The refundable deposit will be returned following post-stay inspection provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning needs, unauthorized guests, or policy violations.

📋 Event Rules:
All attendee counts must be disclosed before arrival
Outside vendors must be approved in advance
Guests are responsible for event cleanup
Excessive trash, stains, damages, or abnormal cleaning may result in additional charges

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with prior approval and payment of the pet fee.
🐶 Pet Fee: $250
Guests are responsible for:
Cleaning up pet waste immediately
Supervising pets at all times
Preventing damage to furniture, landscaping, or property
Failure to clean up after pets will result in a $500 Pet Cleanup Fine.
Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for damages, stains, odors, or excessive shedding.
