Located directly on the Old Harbor of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, the newly built luxury vacation apartment complex "Hafenspitze" stands next to the restored Ohlerich Speicher. A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive vacation apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space and feature high-quality furnishings. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread over three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—home to historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, complete with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

Welcome to the harbor of Wismar. The Hafenspitze 22 vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment welcomes you with large windows and a spacious living area of 69 square meters. It features a seasonally furnished balcony with a view of the historic Ohlerich Speicher. The very spacious 3-room unit is ideally suited for up to 4 guests thanks to its practical floor plan. The living-dining area is modernly furnished and offers ideal conditions for a relaxing stay. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV and a radio with hotel mode.

You can use Wi-Fi internet access free of charge. In addition, a comfortable open-concept kitchenette has been cleverly integrated into the living area and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your vacation. For shared meals, there is also a large dining table in this stylish apartment. Two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and a closet, and the other with two single beds and a closet—provide plenty of space to unwind and ensure restful nights.

The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and underfloor heating for cozy warmth. Upon arrival, the beds for two people will already be made, and hand and bath towels will be provided. If you are traveling with more than two people, you can book additional linens for a fee. Please note that smoking is not permitted in this apartment. If you need parking, the new parking garage at the Old Harbor offers parking spaces for a fee, approximately 300 meters away. Upon arrival, a cash deposit of 50 euros is required for the parking permit.
