On approx. 90m² you will of course find a fully equipped kitchen to pamper your loved ones, state-of-the-art equipment and great attention to detail. On the balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking view. The premium apartment house Adlerhorst above the roofs of Zell am See. Located in an absolutely calm location on the Zeller Sonnberg, the first hours of sunshine of the day are yours. With an unobstructed view of Lake Zell and the surrounding mountains, you can enjoy the fantastic panorama on your spacious balcony.Parking spaces are available on site free of charge, and an elevator is available for those who want to return to the accommodation after an active day and avoid stairs.Despite the absolute quiet location, the city center is only 700 meters away, so you can reach the countless restaurants, shops and leisure facilities within a few minutes.In winter it is approx. 600 meters to the entrance to the ski area (CityXpress), from where you can explore the entire Schmittenhöhe and make your turns on approx. 68 kilometers of slopes. Tollste Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Alles neuwertig

Es ist alles, wie beschrieben. Appartment, Garage, Aussicht und Flair, wir sind sehr zufrieden. Abends über dem See auf der Terasse sitzen und Wein trinken ist einfach einzigartig. Der Preis dafür ist allerdings hoch, wie fast bei Allem in Zell am See. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, die "große" Zell am See-Kaprun" Sommer-Card zu bekommen - nämlich diejenige, wo die Schmittenhöhe-Bahnen, Schifffahrt, Kitzsteinhorn usw. im Zimmerpreis zu 100% "free" dabei sind. Auf We-Rent wird damit geworben, dass es bei den eigens in der Suchmaschine aufgelisteten WeRent-Quartieren enthalten ist, um dann festzustellen, dass das nur bei einigen wenigen Vermietern der Fall ist. Da sind durchaus günstigere Quartiere als der Adlerhorst, die das dabei haben, somit sollte das eigentlich auch beim doch teuren Adlerhorst möglich sein? Schade, den dafür notwendigen Filter-Button auf der Suchmaschine haben wir bei Buchen übersehen und mussten dann alles hoch aufpreisig selbst bezahlen. Daher werden wir dieses Quartier nicht mehr buchen.

Excellent Stay in Zell am See

First of all, we travel a lot and are very savvy and picky renters with VRBO and similar sites. We tend to compare a place to all our other stays, not just what the ad said. This place is outstanding. I have no major negative things to say. Bottom line: I would rent here again, and I hope to do so next year. Rental Agency: This place is not rented out directly by the owner as most VRBO units are. Instead, there is an agency that oversees everything. The positive is that you have an agency that does this every day with many customers, so they know what they are doing. The drawback is that the agency sometimes does not know specifics about this particular property, while an individual. owner certainly would. Location: Excellent! You're very near but NOT in town. Zell am See is pretty, but it must be crowded during peak summer season or peak winter season. There is only one main road through town parallel to the lake, and EVERY car travels on that to get where it's going, so when we were in town, that road was almost always congested -- and we were here off season! The apartment is NOT near this. The apartment is up on a hill. It is walkable for sure, and we walked into town several times. It is probably 10 minutes into town and 20 back (because you're walking uphill). You can easily get to a store for food, etc., and some restaurants. Having said that, we ate out only 4 times in 9 days. I assume you'll have a car... because Zell has a north end and a south end, and these are not easily walkable. Parking: Parking in Zell am See is limited, so a real plus is that this apartment comes with ONE dedicated parking space. KITCHEN: The kitchen was important to us because we planned on doing a lot of our own cooking. The apartment kitchen is beautiful with modern appliances. recommendation: (1) PLEASE provide instructions for how to use the stove top, how to use the oven, how to use the microwave. Figuring out these appliances was not fun. We never figured out some features, which is a shame because the kitchen is first class. (This is not a strange request. EVERY PLACE I've ever stayed in had instructions for operating certain appliances.) CUTLERY ETC.: You need NEW knives. Not sharp at all. TOWELS: We were there 9 days. One towel per person is not ok. TV: PLEASE provide instructions. Cable, Netflix, etc. WASHER/DRYER: PLEASE provide instructions. OVERALL: LOVE THE BALCONY. :-) GREAT PLACE. We would stay again for sure.

Wanderurlaub

Wir kannten zwar die Fotos aus dem Inserat, waren aber wirklich trotzdem noch von der Realität geflasht. Das ein- und auschecken verlief total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles und ist gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet. Sollten wir nochmal nach Zell am See fahren, würden wir auf jeden Fall dort wieder buchen.

Ein Traum!

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern! Topmodern und sehr schön & stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft!
