This luxurious accommodation offers a spacious 120 m² of living space. High ceilings, oak wood and stone give this accommodation a distinctive charm. Large glass doors lead from the living room onto the sunny balcony, where you can enjoy the view of beautiful Lake Zell and the surrounding mountains while having breakfast!

This high standard 3 bedroom modern Duplex penthouse is located right in the centre of Zell-am-See, with numerous bars and restaurants right on your doorstep!
It is less than 200 m to the cityXpress mountain lift, which comfortably takes you up Zell's local mountain "Schmittenhöhe". Perfect for families, adventure seekers and soul skiers!

The beautiful Zeller lake is only a 5 minutes walk away.
Ice rink and swimming pool with water slides are basically next door.

Amazing stay in Zell am See. The apartment was wonderful. Only a few minutes walk to the lake, old town, cable cars, swimming baths, supermarket, train and bus station. Lovely restaurants and everyone was very friendly. The location couldnt have been better. We had a wonderful stay. The guest card gives good discount and buses everywhere, even back to Salzburg airport was free.

The apartment was well furnished and equipped. It was in a great location in town with an easy walk to all restaurants and the lake. The garage and ski storage room with boot heaters was a real bonus. We would stay again next time we are in town.

Apartment is great, lots of room for a party of 6. The apartment location is excellent, close to ski lift and lake. Zell am See is a beautiful town and worth a visit, even if you don't ski! The staff of Alpen were extremely helpful throughout the booking process. Would visit and stay again as the all the family enjoyed our holiday. Thanks Alpen!

The location is fantastic and the apartment is well laid out. Ideal for families. The furnishing is also fairly modern and in good condition. Just be aware that the water pressure for the showers is low. One or two areas also look a bit 'tired' but this should not put you off.

Lovely, well equipped apartment (Diana) in a perfect location. Just a few minutes easy walk to the lake, old town, cable cars, swimming pool, super markets, bus and train station. The area is stunning. The lake was a good temperature for swimming in August. So many options for cable car excursions and lovely places for a drink and some food at the top of the mountains. Also some easier panorama trails on the mountains. Great for children and older people. My Mum who is 81 walked them. Lovely restaurants in Zell. We loved having a drink in the terrace right next to the lake at the Grand Hotel. Lots of room in the apartment. The living area is on the floor above the bedrooms accessible via stairs. There is also the room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and toilet on this top floor. Balcony runs the full length of the Apertment with beautiful views. Buses are all free with mobility card including back to Airport and to all the other cable car lifts in the area.

Leuk appartement op een centrale locatie. Je loopt zo het dorp in en naar het meer. Het contact met verhuurder is snel en prettig! Hier en daar mag er onderhoud gepleegd worden. Eetkamerstoelen en bank zijn aan harde kant. Prima douche en fijne keuken. Een aanrader.

Alles in allem ein großes Apartment, wo man mit 8 Personen gut Platz hat. Das Apartment ist praktisch eingerichtet, uns hat nichts wesentliches gefehlt. Allerdings liegt es sehr zentrumsnah, somit ist der Lärmpegel doch sehr hoch. Feuerwehr, Wertstoffhof und Bundesstraße sind kaum 50m entfernt. Vorteil, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Das größte Problem ist die Parksituation, denn es gibt zu diesem Apartment nur einen Stellplatz. Wenn man also ab 6 Personen mit 2 PKW anreist, hat man ein Problem. Die Vermietung war zwar sehr bemüht, uns einen Stellplatz bei anderen Alpenapartments zu versorgen, aber da lässt man dann schon Nerven.

Prima locatie tussen centrum en lift in. Mooie grote gezellige huiskamer/ keuken. De 2 persoons slaapkamer zonder badkamer heeft wel weinig en onpraktische bergruimte. Broodjesservice is heel duur, je kunt beter even langs de Bila (tankshop) lopen (op 1 minuut afstand), daar hebben ze heerlijke verse broodjes. Je krijgt 2 handdoeken per persoon, als je dus een keer handdoeken wil wassen kan dat, wel zelf voor wasmiddel zorgen, dat is niet aanwezig.

Ideale locatie. Loopt zo het centrum in. Diverse activiteiten in centrum. Mooi meer en zwembad. Verder prima appartement! Heel fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger aanwezig is. Enigste minpuntje is prijs en maar 1 parkeerplek.
