Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our well-maintained holiday home, located in a quiet yet central area. Our house offers a total of 5 comfortable holiday apartments and 2 cozy studio apartments – ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Shops and a bicycle rental station can be easily reached in just about 5 minutes by bike. The vibrant town center is around 10 minutes away.The family-friendly South Beach (Südstrand), with an adjacent, spacious dog beach, is only a 7-minute walk away. The North Beach (Nordstrand), featuring a promenade and music pavilion, can also be reached in about 15 minutes by bike.

DETAILS FOR APARTMENT 5 (approx. 50 sqm, across 2 floors, for up to 6 people):

LIVING & DINING AREA: Cozily furnished with an integrated kitchenette, including a dishwasher, 4-ring hob, and oven. The double sofa bed in this area provides sleeping space for 2 people.

SLEEPING AREAS: In addition to the double sofa bed in the living area, a romantic attic bedroom with a view of the lighthouse invites you to relax (a travel cot can be set up if required). A small adjacent room next to the bathroom is equipped with another double sofa bed.

BATHROOM: Modern bathroom with a shower.

OUTDOOR AREA: Large balcony with outdoor seating for relaxing hours in the fresh North Sea air. It offers plenty of sunshine from morning until evening.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Pet-free and smoke-free apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available for your convenience.

LINEN PACKAGE: For added comfort, bed linen and towels can be booked for 14.00 EUR per person.

LAUNDRY: Washing machines and dryers are available in the communal basement on-site.

ARRIVAL & PARKING: Parking spaces are located nearby along the tracks of the Borkum island railway (Borkumer Inselbahn).

SHORT STAYS: For bookings of fewer than 6 nights, a one-off flat fee of 40.00 EUR applies.

TOURIST TAX: Please note that the city of Borkum charges a visitor's tax (Gästebeitrag). This amounts to 4.80 EUR per night for adults and 1.50 EUR per night for youths aged 12 to 17 (children under 12 travel free of charge).
