The space
You will have a full two floor heritage home available to you with a fully fenced back garden. The three bedrooms and full bath are on the ground level. The basement leads to the garden.
Downstairs you'll find laundry, an office space, an empty event space and a secondary half bathroom, if needed. There is a room to store luggage and your things, as well as the electrical box.
There is ample free street parking outside, a bowling and thrift store to the right of the house if you get bored, and two EV2 electronic car charging stations outside the house. Across the street is a library, park, and water park for the kids.
This house is also available to rent as a private room rental, instead of renting the entire property. If you would like to rent just a room in a shared space, please search for Holly's House (Airbnb.com/h/hollyshousecastlegar). Please note, if you rent one bedroom off the Holly's House listing, there are two other rooms available for rent - you might be sharing the house with other guests. If you want the entire place to yourself with no others on site, rent it as the Black Sheep BnB. One is like a hostel, one is renting the entire house for private use.
