The modernly furnished vacation apartment No. 1a is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to three adults. The living space of this approximately 50 m² apartment is divided into a living/dining room with an open kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light.

The living/dining room features a cozy seating area (convertible; 140 x 200 cm), a cozy fireplace area perfect for relaxing evenings with a book, a dining area, a flat-screen TV, and the kitchen—from here, you also have access to the south-facing terrace and the garden. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, a 4-burner stove, and a toaster. The bathroom, which gets plenty of natural light, features a shower and toilet.
