Just 75 feet from the shoreline, the wraparound front deck overlooks manicured grounds that gently slope to Rockledge’s 240 feet of private waterfront. An extraordinary setting for outdoor living and entertaining.
Inside, the main residence is open, light-filled, and designed for effortless comfort. The living and dining areas flow seamlessly into a chef’s kitchen featuring premium stainless steel appliances, including a Viking gas range, dual wall ovens, a warming drawer, and a generous eat-in island.
