Centrally located at walking distance from the beach, just steps away from all Jaco has to offer: restaurants, shops, banks, healthcare and more. Beautiful resort style amenities and walking distance access to the beach.
The Space:
120 sq meters private house (1 floor villa) with private terrace/garden and resort amenities, you and your guests won't need to go far to experience the stunning beauty of Jaco beach.
Built in 2020 the house includes luxury modern amenities like instant hot water, a/c in all rooms, house water filtration system (Sediment and Charcoal), house electric surge protection, and irrigation system.
Entering the house, you will find 2 spacious rooftop covered parking spaces with heat insulation to keep your vehicles dry and fresh in the tropical weather.
The open concept living area features comfortable seating, a 55" flat screen TV with HD Digital package, and easy access to the kitchen and terrace.
Whether you plan to cook for your family or just want to entertain a few guests, the stylish and spacious kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, with full-size stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a large dining table and a large breakfast bar. Kitchen appliances include: Large fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler (kettle) and microwave.
Outdoor terrace features additional seating and outdoor dining space facing a tropical garden with palm trees that will make you fall in love with this place. 2 flush mount ceiling fans refresh the outdoor area. Laundry/utility room located in the terrace is equipped with a full-size (20kg) washer and dryer tower unit.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, in-suite bathroom, 40" flat screen TV. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms sharing a full bathroom located in the corridor.
