This exclusive 5-room vacation home is truly a castle.<br>The 110 m² villa is perfectly equipped for up to 6 people.<br><br>On the first floor, you’ll find the bright and spacious living room with a comfortable couch, flat-screen TV, and DVD player, as well as the dining area with plenty of space for everyone.<br>You’ll continually discover little details, such as the paintings on the wooden ceiling or the ornate carvings on the doors and railings, which will remind you of a castle.<br>The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want; it features a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and plenty of kitchen utensils. There is also a dining area here with ample seating.<br>On the first floor, you’ll find one of the four bedrooms, featuring a cozy double bed, as well as the guest restroom.<br>The three remaining bedrooms are located on the upper floor. You’ll have two smaller bedrooms, each with a single bed, and one large bedroom with a double bed.<br>The large bedroom is a real "eye-catcher." It features a raised platform with a small sitting area. From there, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view across the Baltic Sea all the way to Stralsund.<br><br>In the basement is the spacious, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower and toilet. <br><br>The large property offers plenty of space for you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
