This 37 m² vacation apartment on the mezzanine level features two rooms—one bedroom—and sleeps up to three, offering a cozy setting for a vacation as a couple, with family, or with friends. Children are welcome, and up to two pets may accompany you. The apartment is non-smoking and features Wi-Fi and a private parking space.

The open-concept kitchen flows into the living room and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils. In the living area, a sofa and armchairs invite you to relax; a dining table, TV, radio, and CD and DVD players round out the amenities. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. A dryer is available for shared use.

The sandy beach and the ocean are each about 600 meters away. Restaurants are about 150 meters away, shopping is about 200 meters away, and public transportation is about 300 meters away. Activities in the area include walking, cycling, water sports, swimming, mini-golf, and sightseeing.
