The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in this inviting apartment that comfortably sleeps six. Step inside to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Just off the kitchen is the bathroom, complete with essential toiletries and a relaxing soaking tub.



Also off the kitchen is the first bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed. Beyond the kitchen, you’ll find a dining room perfect for enjoying meals together. Off the dining room is the second bedroom with a full-size bed. Continue on to the cozy living room, and just beyond it is the primary bedroom, complete with a king-size bed and TV for added comfort.

Guests will be given a unique code to check themselves in. You won't see us unless you need something!

This home sits on a quiet stretch of W 11th Street, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the action. You’ll be just minutes from highway access, downtown Cleveland, and iconic sights like the “A Christmas Story” house.

Getting Around:

Our Tremont location is super walkable — restaurants, parks, and local attractions like the "A Christmas Story" House are just steps away. You’re also just minutes from downtown and major highways (I-90, I-71, I-490), making it easy to drive or grab a quick Uber anywhere in the city. Free street parking is available, and public transit is nearby. The airport is only 15 minutes away!



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.

NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.

LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).

PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.

GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.

EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).

Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $30/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.

As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
