This stay was hands down one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. If I could have rated zero stars I would. The property was listed to be available for occupancy at 4p. We arrived and the cleaning lady was still working and we ultimately didn’t get access until 5:30p which ruined our night plans to go to old San Juan since we were still in jeans and sweatshirts from traveling. We needed multiple phone calls with the host to understand entry to the condo and the parking garage. There were ants in the kitchen, multiple broken pieces of furniture, a toilet that didn’t work, broken AC in one room, towel bars broken off the walls, broken conditioner pump in one bathroom and the sheets on all the beds were still wet. Plan to bring your own paper towels, washcloths and dishcloths. Definitely not worth the price I paid. I filed a complaint and was told that despite my concerns the host would not be willing to refund any amount of money for my troubles. Buyer beware with this one.
