Welcome to Casa Ayla, a modern, wooden home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool, and a rooftop terrace for stunning panoramic views. Just 1 block from the beach, it’s designed in harmony with the island’s ecosystem and offers all the comforts you need. Located in a quiet area near Punta Coco, with restaurants and beach clubs nearby. Ideal for families with older children or groups seeking both connection and privacy in beautiful Holbox.
Inside the main level, you’ll find a spacious open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, island bar with stools, a dining area that seats six, a cozy living space with a futon, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed and access to the terrace and swimming pool. This level is accessed from the main entrance.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and private exterior entrance—making them perfect for guests who appreciate extra privacy. These rooms are independent from the main living area below.
Outdoors, Casa Ayla offers two beautiful terraces. Enjoy panoramic views from the rooftop or relax on the ground-floor terrace, complete with a private pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table that seats eight.
Just a 5-minute golf cart ride from the ferry and steps from the beach, Casa Ayla combines convenience with tranquility. Its unique layout is especially well-suited for guests seeking both shared gathering spaces and private retreats.
