HERMOSO CONDOMINIO RECIENTEMENTE DECORADO, en Gated Falling Waters en Davis Blvd. Lujoso, unidad de segundo piso con techos abovedados. Cerca de la piscina y la casa club - ¡3 minutos a pie! La piscina es una de las más grandes y hermosas del suroeste de Florida, lo que definitivamente te hace sentir como si estuvieras de vacaciones en un entorno tropical. El condominio domina el lago y la piscina de Lanai (balcón). Gran televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar. El dormitorio principal tiene un hermoso y nuevo juego de dormitorio y un segundo televisor con baño en suite, ducha a ras de suelo y amplio vestidor. Hay puertas correderas desde el MBR a la terraza con vistas a las palmeras y al lago. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas gemelas nuevas y está muy bien decorado. El segundo baño tiene bañera y ducha. La sala de estar está exquisitamente decorada con un sofá temático Tommy Bahama y una mesa de comedor. Hay una sala de lavandería completa con lavadora y secadora. La cocina está bien equipada con electrodomésticos que incluyen una nevera grande con máquina de hielo, cocina con horno autolimpiante, lavavajillas, microondas, utensilios, vajilla, cafetera, tostadora y hervidor de agua. Hay un estacionamiento techado para estacionar su auto frente al condominio y un espacio adicional para un segundo vehículo. El condominio cuenta con aire acondicionado y está equipado con sillas de playa para su disfrute. La casa club tiene una biblioteca y muchas actividades sociales (por ejemplo, clases de gimnasia, cenas comunitarias, noches de tarjeta, etc.) que se llevan a cabo durante todo el año. ¡Hay canchas de tenis, bochas y tejo justo afuera de las puertas de la casa club!

Great unit in wonderful location

The condo, and the community were perfect for a winter getaway. The pool was amazing, neighbors friendly, and the host very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Clean - minor problems

We have been coming to Falling Waters for many years and know many apartments. We had a very nice landlord who did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Three days before the start of our vacation, I received an email that unfortunately the air conditioning was defective and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement only took place before our last night, but a week earlier the air conditioning had been fixed so that we could sleep well at night. The nights before we were able to use another apartment of the landlord to get a good night's sleep. The apartment was very clean, however we were not happy with the bed, the mattress was very good but the wooden bed made loud noises every time we turned over. The landlord really went out of his way with the air conditioning, and it's not his fault that there was a lack of available air conditioning due to the two hurricanes that had previously made landfall. It is very nice that you have a covered parking lot and the car is not in the blazing sun. The speed of the Wi-Fi is absolutely sufficient and was very stable.

Large well presented Condo on falling waters

Neil was a pleasure to deal with especially as this booking was at short notice following hurricane Ian The condo is a large 2 bedroom unit. Clean and tidy well presented. Screen lanai front and rear. The kitchen is fully stocked including sandwich bags refuge bags and washing liquid. Bathrooms well stocked with soap and toilet rolls. Bed very comfortable. Falling waters is a safe gated Community everyone we met around the complex or huge pool area were very friendly. I would highly recommend this property to others

Very enjoyable stay in this condo. Well equipped kitchen and everything you would need for a day at the beach. Great pool. Neil was quick to respond with one issue we encountered and followed up regularly.

Pristine Naples Community

Neil’s Naples property, Falling Waters is located near two major intersection roadways. Access to all of Naples attractions was a breeze, including the beach and 5th Ave. shopping. The property is extremely well kept. Our unit looked out over a large pond with a huge swimming pool just beyond. All the amenities were as stated and made for a great month long stay. Communication was exceptional. Neil responded to every question within a few hours. We found our stay to be comfortable and relaxing.

Simply Outstanding

This place is the best! This condo is directly across the pond from the pool with a great view. It is spacious, comfortable and well furnished. The screen lanai is perfect for relaxing, reading or enjoying dinner while listening to the fountain. The unique and beautiful saltwater pool is within easy walking distance. And the grounds lush are well tended. The owner is friendly and accommodating. In short, this condo exceeded our expectations. We are already planning a return visit and will look no further than this property.

A beautiful stay in Naples

My husband and i spent the month of February 2021 in this beautiful condo and community of Falling Waters. We had a beautiful view from the second floor screened lanai of the lake which had a fountain in the middle and the pool at the far end of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped. The furniture in the condo was comfortable. We used the electric grill on the lanai for a couple of meals. The owner Neil was very responsive to any concerns during our stay. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Wonderful Stay in Wonderful Community

A wonderful stay in a beautiful community, despite being marred by the Corona Virus. The place is comfortable and has everything needed to cook and be as well as appointed as home. The unit is on the second floor; an easy walk up steps. Beautiful lanai looking over a pond and the far end of the pool is in sight. The king bed is comfortable and the bedroom is spacious. The baths look original and have lower counters than used in current buildings, but are adequate. I particularly enjoyed having carpet in the living area and the bedrooms. Many Florida units have tile, which I find to be cold and unwelcoming. The living furniture is comfortable, yet dated and could use some repair. For a rental property, though, I can understand keeping it status quo. A washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus! There was plenty of cleaning equipment such as mops, broom, vacuum and cloths. The unit had plenty of towels, placemats, and bed linens in addition to laundry and dish soap. The owner allowed us to use personal things like beach chairs, towels, umbrella and pool noodles, which relieved us from having to bring them with us. Parking was great, as the units have carports - which keeps the car out of the weather! The community is clean and well cared for, as well as safe. Construction was ongoing across the street as clay roofs were being removed from neighboring condos, however, it didn't seem to bother us at all. Our month in warm weather was hampered by the Corona Virus and we decided to drive to our home in the northern US only 2 weeks into our vacation, leaving 2 weeks unused. I am still in communication with the owner as we try to hammer out a reasonable solution to our predicament. As tourists, we were concerned about our health and ability to get home without contracting the virus and the unpredictability of what was to come. I believe we will be able to come to a satisfactory resolution after some more back and forth - as this economic distress affects us all fairly equally, and the snowball continues to collect steam. I would recommend this condo for being comfortable, clean and easy to relax in.

Lovely, spacious unit

The property is in a good location. It is a gated community and safe. The unit was kept very clean. The balcony overlooks the pool. Very serene. The owner Neil was quite helpful when we had issues with WIFI and TV. The Pool area was closed for upgrades when we got there. But opened later, a very large pool and very clean. Tennis and Bocce are there but we did not use them since we were busy exploring Naples and surrounding areas.

Lovely condo !

My husband and I enjoyed two weeks in April in this lovely condo. We found it very spacious , comfortable, well equipped and clean. Neil the owner was very helpful from beginning to end, providing us with all kinds of information for the condo and area. The pool in the complex was beautiful and just a short walk from the condo. The location of the condo was perfect close to many beaches (Naples Beach our favourite) shopping and restaurants. Thank-you again Neil for sharing your lovely piece of paradise. Mark and Linda

The condo was perfect....such a comfortable bed. The pool was a great experience. The property was very well kept, despite the hurricane damage. Naples is a beautiful place to visit. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Fun times at Falling Waters!

We enjoyed staying at this condo last year and looked forward to coming again this year. It has everything we are looking for in renting a condo. It is very peaceful here and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lanai overlooking the pond. Very friendly neighbors. Beautiful swimming pool! Great location. We highly recommend this condo.

accomodation was exactly as described we found the owner very helpfull and very responsive and we highly recommend this property to everyone .We had a nice view of the pond and pool The swimmingpool and surrounding area is very well laid out with lots of shady areas to relax nice clubhouse with well stocked library Overall the landscaping was well doner

Beautiful condo!

This was our first time vacationing in Naples and we couldn't have chosen a better place. It is beautifully decorated and spacious, living up to the photos on the website. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened lanai overlooking a lake and fountain. It is very clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised to see the size of the swimming pool and spent a lot of time there. The owner was extremely helpful and we would recommend staying at this location.

We loved the upscale area of Naples and fell in love with Falling Waters. The choice was simple....the magnificent pool and the closeness of our unit to the pool, the warm ambiance of the clubhouse, the great activities, numerous golf courses in the area and of course, the beautiful white sand beaches, great shopping and the picturesque main street of Naples with it's many shops and restaurants. The proximity to pristine Sanibel and Marco Islands sealed the deal for us!

The beautifully manicured and maintained grounds of the property add to the spectacular surroundings. Backing onto the lake provides peaceful views from the lanai both during the day and in the evening. The safety of this gated community, the amenities, proximity to the pool and the absolute cleanliness of the condo and grounds made us fall in love with it the first time we saw it.
