This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.
• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.
• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles on the semi-circle and street. Parking on the driveway or in front of the driveway is not allowed. Garage is not available.
• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in one of the bedrooms.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the semi-circle (1 car). You can park 1 more car on the street in front of the house. GARAGE is not available. NO sidewalk blocking. NO parking on driveway or in front of driveway, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES.
This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
• The house at the back is not available and it is tenant-occupied. Driveway and garage are not available for parking.
• Please note that though the listing shows 6 beds, there are only 5 actual beds. The last “bed” is a full-size sleeper sofa bed.
• Please note that though the listing shows 2 bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed (1 full bed and 1 twin bed). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.
• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
