Stay in this detached chalet on a small park that is completely in harmony with the typical Austrian surroundings. Thanks to the additional 2-bed studio with pantry and dining room, it is ideal for 12 people. The accommodation has 4 parking spaces (1 in the garage), a hot tub, grill hut in the garden, a spacious living room with fireplace, modern open kitchen a balcony and two terraces. The wellness area with Finnish sauna, double shower and double bath is the icing on the cake!
In the winter months, a thick pack of snow turns the Donnersbachtal into a real winter fairy tale. You can choose from two snow-sure ski areas with a total of around 50 km of pistes, the Riesneralm and the Planneralm. The Planneralm is Styria's highest ski village! If you are staying with children, the Riesneralm with its own 'children's ski area' is highly recommended. Would you like do to something other than skiing? Then pay a visit to the natural toboggan run near the Mörsbachalm. Do you like cross-country skiing more? A short distance from the chalet you can get on the cross-country ski trails.
In the summer months you will also find a versatile holiday destination here. There is a challenging 3D archery course, the E-Enduro Bike Park, you can fly-fish and there is the unique "Gipfel" swimming pool at an altitude of no less than 1900 metres! Who wouldn't love a heated swimming pool at the top of Mount Riesnerkrispen (1922m) with 360 degree panoramic views
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption (if possible) or at a flat rate and will be charged to you separately as an additional cost. For questions about charging specifications, contact the homeowner/contactperson on the spot before arrival. Illegal charging of a car is not allowed
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
