Accommodation description:
The ultimate in comfort, this home features a Quooker, SodaStream, and three parking spaces with optional charging. Unwind with rain and hand showers, a wood-finished sauna, and a cozy fireplace for memorable evenings. A stylish glass wall separates the living room and hall. Outside, enjoy three terraces: one by the stream with a luxury dining table, one with a lounge set, and one with a picnic table. (Hottub unavailable March 2026 due to repairs.)
The accommodation is on a small chalet park situated on a gentle slope with breathtaking views of the picturesque Donnersbachwald forest. The Riesneralm valley station is nearby and the park is surrounded by serene nature.

In winter, Donnersbachtal seems straight out of a fairy tale, complete with snow-sure ski areas Riesneralm and Planneralm, which together offer 50 km of slopes. For families, Riesneralm's children's ski area is ideal. Looking for adventure off the slopes? Then try the natural toboggan run or the cross-country trails close to the chalet.

In summer, the area transforms into a paradise for active holidaymakers. Test your skills on the 3D archery course, explore the E-Enduro Bikepark or go fly-fishing. You will have a unique experience at the Gipfel pool: a heated pool at the top of the Riesnerkrispen, 1900 metres high and featuring a 360-degree panoramic view

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption (if possible) or at a flat rate and will be charged to you separately as an additional cost. For questions about charging specifications, contact the homeowner/contactperson on the spot before arrival. Illegal charging of a car is not allowed
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
