This comfortably furnished 5-room duplex apartment with a balcony is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment has a living area of 65 sqm and can be booked for up to 6 people. We recommend a maximum occupancy of 5 people. The spacious living area features a sofa set with a side table, as well as a TV and stereo system. The vacation apartment offers a cozy, separate dining room. Please note that Wi-Fi is not available in this apartment.
The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is ideal for self-catering: a stove, oven, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc., are provided. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the south-facing balcony, furnished with seasonal decor.
Additionally, on the living level, there is a separate bedroom with two single beds and a closet. There is also a small shower room with a sink and toilet on this level.
A steep staircase leads to the upper wing of the apartment, which features two additional bedrooms. One has a pull-out bunk bed and a closet; the other is an open loft space with a double bed. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair and a crib.
A private parking space is reserved for the apartment in the underground garage.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a fee. There is a storage room for bicycles, subject to availability.
