This charming 4 bedroom home sits on one of Avalon’s most desirable streets, just half a block from both the beach and the bay. It offers plenty of space, comfort, and the perfect setup for a relaxing shore getaway.
The first floor features a bedroom with two double beds, along with a bonus living room and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, another with a full bed and a twin bed, and a third with a queen bed and ensuite half bath. The main living area, dining space, and kitchen flow together seamlessly and open onto a large south facing deck that’s ideal for lounging or entertaining.
An outdoor shower adds to the beach day convenience. The property includes one dedicated parking spot, ample off-street parking, and a backyard area for enjoying warm evenings. All of this in an unbeatable location close to everything Avalon has to offer.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN TIME is 2PM
