About this space
Your 2000 sq. ft. home in historic Cape May is only half a block from the Beach ! This fully renovated, 3 bedroom , 2 bath Condo sleeps up to 12 and includes the entire top two floors of the charming building.
It features soaring ceilings , windows on 4 sides, three decks as as well as brand new paint, carpets and furniture, 5 TV's and central HVAC. We take care of everything ; fully equipped kitchen, all bedding and towels, beach tags and beach towels. 3 private parking spots !
The space
You arrive at the Cape May Beach Theater Condo and park in one of three dedicated spaces by the back entrance door.
BEACH:
The wonderful Cape May public beach is less than 1/2 block away! Cape May City Beaches require tags: this rental provides 8 beach tags as well as beach towels. Additional Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances.
The public bathrooms with outdoor showers to spray off the sand are at the facility on the corner of Gurney St and Beach Avenue.
NEARBY SHOPS:
You will find the following ( some seasonal )on this block : bike rental shop, popcorn seller, coffee shops, ice/custard seller, bakery, lobster roll shop, and pizzeria. You are only a third of a mile from the wonderful Restaurants and Shops of the Washington Street Mall!
THE MAIN FLOOR.
LIVING ROOM:
The large 423 sq. ft. living room with a 11 foot Cathedral ceiling is designed for relaxation with your friends and family. It has a couch /seating area facing the 65 inch TV plus 2 queen size sleeper sofas .
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA:
The fully equipped kitchen with 24 inch TV adjoins a large 250 sq. ft. dining area with four island stools as well as a dining table with chairs for 10 . Appliances include a dishwasher , stove, oven, microwave and coffee brewer.
STUDY AREA:
This open 169 sq. ft. area between the deck and one of the bedrooms also has a queen size sleeper sofa.
The main floor also includes 2 bedrooms ( 117 and 159 sq. ft.) with 1 queen bed in each bedroom. . Each bedroom has it's own TV. The main floor bathroom has a tub/ shower. It is next to the washer/ dryer laundry closet.
EXTERIOR DECK.
The exterior deck with views of the ocean has a table and chairs .
Third floor Principal Bedroom Suite:
This extra-large, very private Principal Bedroom is 264 sq. ft. plus the en-suite bathroom , 2 decks and closets. It features a dramatic 15-foot cathedral ceiling, contains a King size bed and includes a 50 inch TV. The large en-suite bathroom includes a shower and separate large tub.
The Principal Bedroom suite has a north facing deck with 2 chairs and a side table as well as a south facing deck with 2 chairs and a table with a side view of the ocean.
Guest access
You can use the entire Condo on the second and third floor of this building. You have 3 designated parking spots in the back of the building near the rear door entrance for easy of bringing in your luggage. There is also a private front door entrance on the street side.
