Your own special place on top of the world and first class amenities (additional membership needed)! This condominium is located inside the gated community of Old Edwards Club at Highlands Cove, half way between Highlands and Cashiers, NC. Very convenient location--easy drive to either town where there are so many outdoor activities, amazing restaurants and shopping to choose from! Recently remodeled & with panoramic views of the mountains .
Forrest Condo offers vaulted wood ceilings, picture windows, a stacked stone gas fireplace in the living room, a covered porch and an additional screened porch with gas fireplace. The kitchen/living area has all been opened up and offers new flooring throughout, new stainless appliances (including an induction range) and quartz countertops. An exceptional room layout with two (King) bedrooms on the main level each with their own bath, and one bedroom (King) and bath upstairs. King bed in main level guest bedroom can be converted into 2 Twin beds upon request.
Positioned between the great restaurants and shopping in Highlands and Cashiers, Highlands Cove is a gated community close to public and private golf, provides easy access to bass and trout fishing in local lakes and streams, hiking on U.S.Forest Service trails or simply enjoying a stroll with your pets amidst our breathtaking mountain scenery.
