Just beyond, you’ll find a King bedroom with generous closet space, a sleek full bath with a walk‑in shower, and direct access to the laundry room, flexible office space, and garage.

Upper Level: Walk up the wood-and-steel staircase, framed by tall windows, to the main living level with an open living, kitchen, and dining space. Here you’ll find a second lounge with skylights, a modern gourmet kitchen with espresso setup, and a dining area with tri-fold accordion doors that open to a private deck. This floor also includes a king bedroom filled with natural light and a full bathroom with vanity and rainfall shower.

Guests have full, private access to Unit A, the newly built additional dwelling unit (ADU), with no shared interior spaces and a separate entrance along the landscaped path.

Self‑check‑in is available via smart lock; you’ll receive your unique access code and arrival instructions before check‑in.
