Comfortable in Ballard

Our stay was a return visit to this wonderful property in Ballard. The house is very clean and has full amenities. The host is very responsive and we will return again. Location is walkable to restaurants and shopping.

Great spot in great location

The house was bright, new, clean, and very comfortable for my friends and I to stay in while we attended a friend's wedding. Not the best place to, say, lounge around, but who's really doing that on vacation anyway? The hosts generously allowed us to have a late check out to accommodate flights later in the day, which was truly a game changer. Would recommend - and catch Rainier from the rooftop on a clear day!

Superb communication with the host, and the home was clean and inviting. So close to downtown, with lots of little shops and food. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location!

Thank you for sharing your home! We enjoyed every minute. The kitchen was nicely stocked with beautiful dishes and serving utensils. The beds were comfortable and the space perfect for a family.

Beautiful modern home

Great home. Perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. Neighborhood was safe and walkable. Parking can be tricky because roads are narrow. It is loud/ echoey in the house because of the stairwell in middle. Beds were comfortable and towels thick. Thanks for the great visit!

Wonderful Property

This property was so nice and clean! It was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the rooftop deck was so relaxing and a nice view. It was supplied with everything we needed and more. The hosts were very responsive. The street parking wasn’t horrible. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Lovely modern property

We loved staying here! It was a very nice and modern property. The appliances and dishes were good quality. The roof top view was a plus. Everyone slept comfortably in their rooms. The owners were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The only downside was street parking was challenging at times. But we would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Seattle.

Group Vacation

A group of adults stayed here for a total of five nights. The property was as described. We loved sitting on the roof top deck, and take in the spectacular views. The hosts were fast responding and helped resolve any issues that arose. Excellent property.

The house was clean. Parking was horrendous. Also, make sure to check your email/texts, that is where all the information is located (doing laundry, putting out the trash cans, etc)

Great property in Ballard!

My husband, two kids and I had a great stay at Karen’s townhome! Beautiful rooftop patio with amazing views of Seattle! The beds we’re comfortable and the place was very clean and was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, etc. It was located in a very cute neighbourhood and was walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, brewery district, coffee shops and more! No parking was included but we were always able to get a parking spot a short block away. Would definitely stay here again!

Graduation stay in Seattle

Overall good. Understand that the cleaning fee is low because you’ll need to take out trash, use the dishwasher, and load the washer with towels before leaving. Also, there are no standard tv channels, only Netflix, Prime, and a ton of specialized channels that We’d never heard of. Probably good if you have small kids who like cartoons though.

Beautiful place, great location

We had to relocate our family holiday celebrations because of a botched home remodeling project. The hosts were understanding and flexible and the town house was beautiful and perfect for our family to land during this hectic time. Kitchen is perfect for entertaining and making dinners in. Great VRBO in Ballard!

Overall, my group and I had a great stay at this VRBO! Listing was accurate, spacey and very clean, location was walking distance to downtown Ballard and owners were extremely responsive. Great experience and would book again if I ever need to be in Seattle again!

Family Time

Overall it was a good experience. Parking was not good. Communication with the owners could have been better. We loved the roof top deck and the place had all the necessary amenities. Close proximity to everything.

Back in 1990's it was a great price and close to downtown. We have enjoyed watching Ballard grow up over the years and its such a rich culture still with arts and food.

Stunning new open floorplan. Made the most of the space and the rooftop decks are a gem. Walk to bus and shops easily and no need for a car if your staying in town.
