Located south of Summerlin, in the highly desirable gated community of The Falls, in Rhodes Ranch, this second-floor apartment has 936 square feet of living space,10 foot ceilings, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms come with queen-sized beds, ceiling fans, nightstands, bed side lamps with USB chargers, dressers, and closets, one walk-in and one built-in. The primary bedroom also include a smart TV to relax in private. Each bathroom includes granite counter tops, a shower/tub combo, single vanity, and storage cabinets, so there's no shortage of space for your essentials.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and a four-person dining table for meals at home. The living area has the basics covered with a ceiling fan, couch, coffee table, and smart TV, making it easy to settle in. The floors throughout the apartment are LVP, which are easy to clean and maintain.
Other perks include 24 hour security, an in-unit washer and dryer, one reserved covered parking spot (plus plenty of open parking), and utilities, so there's no need to worry about extra bills.
