Spacious and inviting 2-bedroom, 1,600 sq ft apartment in the heart of Jersey City — ideal for families, small groups, or business travelers. The home features one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds, ample storage, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep.

Enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen with Samsung appliances, cooking essentials, coffee maker, water filtration system, and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, toiletries, hair dryer, and fresh towels.

Relax in the living room with a 55" Roku TV, free WiFi, and a sofa bed for additional guests. Added conveniences include a smart lock, entrance security cameras, in-unit Samsung washer and dryer, cleaning supplies, backyard access, and street parking.

Pets are welcome for $20 per pet per stay. A comfortable, well-equipped home base with easy access to Jersey City attractions and transportation.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

1 - Door codes are always shared at 4 PM. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-11 PM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(8AM-12AM).
2 - Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability
5 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
6 - All departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights.
7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
8 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
9 - No courtesy refunds are provided.
10 - If you happen to request a full refund for any circumstance please be ready for Immediate check-out, be sure to alternate the reservation for an early departure so we can approve the unspent nights that were supposed to be non-refundable, so we then might consider another courtesy for the spent night if applicable.
12 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day.
13 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.

Please do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
