Great place and wonderful host!

Would highly recommend this house and this host! Host is quick to respond and very helpful. House is clean and was furnished with everything we needed to cook a meal or order takeout. We have stayed her twice and would definitely come back again!

Such a Cute and Clean Place

We loved having this house to call home while in Tennessee and Kentucky. Way better than cramming into a hotel, and for practically the same cost. We loved the decor and how clean everything was. It is also close to the main road, making it easy to get around. Thanks!

Visiting family from the base. This was a great spot for it.Clean and most of those items you would need. 6 of us on this family trip.Overall though, it was a nice space, the beds and furniture were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Cozy and convenient

Cozy home for my husband, daughter, mother and myself. The accomadations felt a lot like being in my own home. I look forward to this rental for future visits. The location is convenient to Ft Campbell and to downtown. Highly recommend!

The home was located in a great spot for what we needed and it wasn’t too far from Nashville. The home was very comfortable and the beds slept great. The house was supplied with so many things that we might need. We had a great experience with this home.

Family getaway

The neighborhood was relatively quiet. The house was clean. It needs a little TLC but we didn’t care because we made lots of memories. It is one of the few properties we stayed at over the years that was equipped for people that cook. The beds were very comfortable. The property is close to everything: Fort Campbell, the Casino, shopping, and restaurants. We would rent again if we find ourselves in the area.

Perfect place to relax.

We were in the area to visit our son, his wife and new granddaughter. It was a great place for us to hang out and have dinner together. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the tub drain didn't drain well. We only used 1 bedroom.

Good stay

House is good, clean and as advertised. Communication with host was not great. Took an hour and a half to get in touch with him when our code did not work to unlock the door.

Cozy house!

Great stay! So close to the base. The house is single story and cozy. But plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Clean and tidy. Well decorated. Nice kitchen. The backyard is nice too. Easy enough to get out on the road. We had a nice stay and we loved the little fireplace! Really made the living room cozy and warm on the chilly nights.

Very Clean!

Very clean and wonderfully supplied. The beds and living room furniture very comfortable. It rained a lot while we were in Clarksville so the driveway which was gravel was muddy. We always took our shoes off to avoid tracking mud in, but a paved drive would be awesome and also the ability to enjoy the backyard.

ok place to stay

the stay was good, we were not able to get in right at 4pm as there were flooring guys there repairing the kitchen floor, they finally packed up when we arrived. ( I think they would have stayed until we showed up to finish). The location was a little sckechy but there is a Police post on the same road so we were not too alarmed. It was not the cleanest, but that could have been from the flooring guys working. The shower did not drain properly and the water pressure was not that good.Close to Base if you have someone you are visiting from there, not much to do around there so we went to Nashville one day, visited the local American Legion the next day.Overall it was an ok place to stay. The door bell camera wierded me out a little though as I am sure they can hear our conversations through the front door if it is open.

Home Away From Home

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was just as quaint and cozy as the pictures depicted. The owner was in constant contact with me and told me not to hesitate to contact him if he needed help with anything. It's location was so convenient for out family as we were there visiting family on Fort Campbell. Not even a 3 minute drive to their house on post. Conveniently located near a grocery store as well as food establishments. Highly recommend to others. We absolutely loved the little basket filled with Toiletries. We will definitely book this home again in the future.

Absolutely enjoyed staying here!! It was just 2 mins away from my son at Fort Campbell, quiet neighborhood, close to the town of Clarksville. The road is very busy but it wasn’t enough for us to be bothered by it. The house was super clean which meant I could relax while there. I have anxiety when a place is nasty😂 Had all the amenities you needed in the kitchen. Just an all around great place. The owner was super nice. He had to come by and my husband met him. We definitely plan on going back and staying there again.

Perfect house, minor cleaning issues

The house was very cute, conveniently located (0.4 miles to grocery store), and perfect for our family of 4 (with extra room!) Ronnie was very responsive, even on Christmas Day! Cleanliness was a bit of an issue, with the floors not swept, leaves in the bedroom, and dirty sheets and bedspread in one room. A lot of potential here for summer or good weather, with fireplaces outside in front and back of the house, and s’more supplies in the kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, pancake mix, creamer, etc). There was even a Christmas music mat out front. Ronnie had a fantastic tourist folder with details of things in the area. It may just have been a missed cleaning, as otherwise it was wonderful!

Worst Airb&b Ever

Locked out, tub wouldn’t drain, trash left, spider webs eveywhere, dirty musty smelling linen, no trash bags, 1 star. Was very eager to make it to the house after driving 7 hours. Once we arrived the code we were told did not work. We called Ronnie about 100 times & got no answer. Stayed on the phone with the helpline for about 20 minutes & still no help. After calling him about 30 times he texted and told me to text only. Finally got in after an extra hour or so and at first glance things were fine. We began to notice lots of spider webs/spiders, only 1 trash bag, the shower liner was filthy (I had to replace it in order to used it), residue marks on both toilets, pillows had a musty smell, & much more. I would never book with Ronnie again. Very dissatisfied with the way he handled business & responded.

Horrible place to stay people running the place suck

The house it self was constructed perfect for our families spacing needs. We were told that we would be able to arrive by 4pm on 4/17/25. We arrived a bit after the check-in time. We could not get into the house (the door code would not work). There was a car in the driveway, so we doubled checked that we were at the correct address. Which, we were. A female came out and said that she will be a few more minutes, as she was finishing up. We assumed that it was housekeeping. We waited in the driving way for the “few more minutes”. We still were not permitted to enter. We decided to drive across the street to the church parking lot to give the woman the driveway to exit the property. MORE THAN 45 minutes, while we waited across the street. The woman STILL HAD NOT the house that we signed a contract to be able to check in at 4pm. Almost an hour later, we left the area to go BUY food, instead of being able to cook what we brought with us, because we still could not get into the home. Now, 5:45pm on 4/17, the woman had vacated the home and we were FINALLY able to unload the car and enter the home. The home was NOT cleaned! The following are examples of non-cleanliness but not limited to just these examples. There was garbage behind some of the bedroom doors, the washing machine smelled of mold, USED sanitary pads and feminine products in the full bathroom garbage can, no hand soap in full bathroom, FOUR bath towels within the whole house, TWO hand towels for whole house and ONE fa
