Welcome to your perfect Auburn family getaway! This freshly refurnished townhome is designed with comfort and convenience in mind—just minutes from Auburn University’s campus. Thoughtfully set up for families, we provide two Pack ’n Plays to make traveling with little ones easy. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio and let the kids play in the large shared yard. Whether you’re visiting for game day, graduation, or a weekend escape, this home makes traveling simple and stress-free.
Main Level:
Upon entering the home, you’re welcomed by a hallway with stair access to the right, a convenient half bath, and entry from the garage. The space then opens into a bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering.
The living room features a large sectional sofa and a smart TV—perfect for family movie nights or cheering on the Tigers during game day. The fully equipped kitchen offers most cooking essentials, with a dining table that seats six comfortably. Just off the main living space, step outside to the back patio with outdoor seating and access to a spacious shared yard.
Upstairs Layout:
The in-unit washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs near the bedrooms.
Primary Bedroom (Left):
A spacious retreat featuring a king bed, large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom Two:
Includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and private en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom Three:
