Reciente casa frente al canal, en una comunidad privada con muelle y acceso intercostal. 3bed / 2bath con una piscina climatizada y spa. Están bien equipados con todas las comodidades del hogar. Vida interior / exterior con 4 juegos de puertas corredizas de vidrio que dan a terraza. Televisión de pantalla grande en la sala de estar con sonido envolvente y cada habitación tiene una televisión también. Cable de alta definición con conexión inalámbrica a Internet.
Pesca o manatí se muestran desde el muelle es un paseo por la terraza de atrás. Andar en bicicleta (varios proporcionado en el garaje) a la playa o Dearborn Street para el pueblo. Un kayak doble está disponible, así como flotadores para la piscina y una mesa de ping-pong. Completo de lavandería en casa. Muchos de los cursos del Golfo y el tenis en las inmediaciones.

The house,neighborhood and pool area are very nice. The interior part of house is very tired. Furniture is old and uncomfortable, beds need new mattresses and kitchen needs complete refurbishment.

Great house and hosts for our extended stay.

We really enjoyed the house and the hosts were amazing. The house was very comfortable and had everything we could ever possibly need. The neighborhood was so cute and everyone was so friendly. We appreciate everything the host did to accommodate us. We also were fortunate enough to meet wonderful people in the neighborhood that we stay in contact with.

Great home away from home.

Wonderful home in a friendly gated community. This house has everything you need. Just bring your clothes. The pool is beautiful and the spa was great. It is convenient to everything we need or like to do. Minutes away from beaches. We loved it so much we will definitely be back.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the location, close enough to ride bikes to Old Englewood, and the beach on Manasota Key. The owner was very accommodating, and always quick to answer any questions we had. We loved our stay there!

Beautiful home in very friendly gated community

Loved location .Lanai was special.Forget pool and spa the scenery and wildlife were terrific.Eagles,egrets sand hill cranes and manatee are just a sampling. Onlu negative is owner has way too much in house and even a jeep in garage. No room in fridge or freezer . But yes i would stay again

Convenient

The property was fun to stay at with the pool and hot tub. We didn't use the pool but we did use the hot tub. Be aware, there isn't a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, it is a full size. One King, one Full and two twins. The master suite was beautiful and other than breaking my toe stubbing it on the foot board, the bed was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay and would consider staying again if we come back. Loved Manasota Beach and hunting shark teeth.

Great House

We have been coming to florida for the past 8 years and this is by far the best rental we have had. The house is was clean and nicely decorated along with all the cooking utensils you would ever need. Staying again next year for another month.

wont be back.

House wasnt clean, dust on all furniture, bathroom floors had dust and hair, countertops in master bathroom was dusty and had lots of ants all over the place. Kitchen floor rug had crumbs, corners were dirty, sink had staying water in it. Drying machine never worked properly, had to unplug and plug back in, would take forever to dry. Sheets in master bedroom were stained, other bedroom had some kind of bugs on the bed. AC not working properly, always was hot, it wouldnt cool down enough. No space to store your belongings, all drawers full of owners stuff. Water in the pool probably licking, so had to get a hose to fill it almost every day. My Vacation begins with cleaning a house. Good thing was owner was available any time we had issues. Wont be back there.

The house wasnt very clean when we got there. Refrigerator dirty, furniture dusty. Dirty stained carpets were poorly disguised with tons of throw rugs. Pillow situation was grim. No dressers available for master bedroom. Sofa very uncomfortable. Basic tier of cable [about 15] was inadequate. Finally got owner to agree to add channels but only if eliminated TV in master, which we did. Carpets needed vacuuming when we arrived. Could be a great place with a little more care/concern for people staying.

Fantastic Home with all you would ever need

We have been coming to Englewood Florida as a family for last 20 years. We have usually rented condos but this year we decided to rent a house and are so glad we did. House was in great, private location and was in fantastic condition. We will be back soon

Home away from home

The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The lanai and pool area were our favorite. There were plenty of bikes and toys in the garage. The location was close to everything and we could even ride our bikes to the beach or to town. The house is laid out nicely so that everyone has privacy but there are good gathering spaces. We hope to come back every year.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed the home very much!! It is a very nice and quiet neughborhood, we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view from the pool was great with a canal just a couple of hundred feet away, we took the kayak out and enjoyed a morning paddle up and down the canal. Just ten minutes away from a nice beach and less then five from Boca Royal golf course. Would recommend this house very much. If u like ice cream there is a place about 4 miles down the road called A Better Scoop, best ice cream ever!!! And I like my ice cream!!!!

Fun in the Sun

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful place! The house accommodations were wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated! It was awesome to be able to go to the beach or explore Englewood and the surrounding areas during the day and come back for a relaxing swim in the pool in the evening!

A Great Home away from Home!

We have vacationed at this home several times and have consistently enjoyed a quiet and relaxing stay. It is our favorite place to escape to! The home is located in a friendly, gated community and is comfortably decorated, and well-equipped. The owners provide bicycles, beach chairs, and even a kayak to enjoy. The beaches are beautiful (don't miss the sunsets!), and there are many restaurants and great shopping nearby. There are also several parks close by with hiking and biking trails, or you can relax on the lanai by the very inviting pool and hot tub, and experience the local wildlife. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Beautiful Spacious Vacation Home in Wonderful Gated Community

Amazingly comfortable home. Great view of sunsets, and sand hill crane dances, in a fabulous lanai with pool and hot tub overlooking the canal. Home is nicely furnished. Has many amenities including Kayak and Bikes for all to use. Friendly neighborhood, gated community. Beautiful landscaping, lots of wildlife including bald eagles, sand hill cranes, bunnies, owls and more. A great place for an extended stay. Two weeks is definately not enough!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Great location, comfortable home!

We had a wonderful comfortable stay and it was a great location for us. We liked the gated community (every one we met while out walking was very friendly), the house had everything we needed, plenty of room, nice pool and spa. We enjoyed the view of the wildlife from the lanai, loved being close to the canal and appreciated the fact that the owner was responsive to our requests while we were there. We were also very glad that our (large) dog was accepted. She had a wonderful vacation as well!

Lovely home and stay in a beautiful gated community

What a peaceful, wonderful home for our post holiday vacation. Well stocked kitchen with everything one would ever need while on vacation. Toys beyond expectations - ping-pong table, bikes and loved the two man kayak that we lauched from your community dock. We had been coming to the area for more than 15 years and wanted to be near the water since we love to boat. We never thought we could be this close to great beaches and on the water in our price range but we struck gold. This is a piece of the calmer side of Florida with the accessibility to the more rambunctious areas in a short drive.
