Hermosa casa canal, 3 habitaciones / 3 baños, piscina, jacuzzi

¡Ven y disfruta de esta hermosa casa privada! Esta casa tiene una ubicación céntrica con fácil acceso a las playas, restaurantes y tiendas. A 5 minutos de la conocida calle Dearborn. (Englewood on Dearborn, increíble restaurante con excelente comida, música en vivo y baile). 20 minutos de Lemon Bay por agua. 10 minutos a pie de la playa de Englewood.
Gran piscina climatizada y bañera de hidromasaje separada para esas noches frescas. Lanai grande. Baje la cubierta a la derecha en el canal con pivotes para entrar y salir de su propio bote. Sin remolques.

La cocina está totalmente equipada en caso de que decida quedarse y hacer una comida. El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama king size con entrada directa al patio / área de la piscina. El segundo dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y esta habitación también tiene una puerta corredera que permite la entrada directa a la piscina / patio. El tercer dormitorio también tiene puerta a la piscina / patio. Gran terraza acristalada con ventana a través de la cocina con vistas a la piscina y al canal. Wifi. 4 televisores Roku. Garaje.

The owner was very good about communicating. The house was very clean and just what we needed for our trip. We were only about 15 minutes from Blind pass beach. Hope to stay again sometime!!

This lovely house met all of our needs. Beautifully decorated, fabulous pool, thoughtfully furnished. We were sad to leave it and hope to stay there again the next time we visit Englewood. This was our first VRBO stay, and our next one will have a hard time living up to the standards of this one.

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. The host was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Pool and spa were absolutely wonderful, after a long day at the many beaches close to the house. We will definitely be back . As everyone else commented, this house is a perfect place to stay. Close to all the local local restaurants, shops , and beaches.

There was no beach view. The front door keypad stopped working a couple times and we had to use the 2nd garage bay door to get into the house, both garage doors have issues with opening and closing. The 1st garage bay door started closing a few times while we were driving our rental vehicle in and out of the garage, the WiFi connection kept going out, the spa/hot tub lights weren't working properly, pool heater does not work when the hot tub is turned on. These things were not mentioned in the advertisement.

We take all guest comments seriously as we strive to provide a high-quality experience. ​Regarding the location, our listing accurately describes the home as being located three miles from the beach, so we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding a beach view. Because of our inland location, we focus on providing a private, comfortable retreat away from the coastal bustle. ​We apologize for the technical difficulties you experienced with the keypad and garage doors. We have scheduled garage door replacement later this month. Sorry that did not happen prior to your visit but installers could not get there sooner due to holidays. Similarly, our IT provider has checked the router to address any intermittent connectivity issues. ​To clarify the operation of the pool and spa: it is standard for most residential systems to prioritize heating one body of water at a time to reach the desired temperature efficiently. When the spa is activated, the heater redirects to that smaller volume of water. We will look into adding a note to our welcome guide to make this clearer for future guests. As for the spa lighting, i don't feel a working spa light is mandatory. The light replacement is $1500. That is not a priority. We loved the stay here, the house is updated and beautiful, the pool is just so relaxing and the location is perfect. Close to beaches but quiet and private. We wil stay again for sure.

We loved staying here! It had plenty of space for each couple to have their own private bath and room. The pool and hot tub were great! Communication was easy & efficient!

Wonderful stay!

Heather, I just found out yesterday that pool did not look good. Problem has absolutely been addressed. So sorry it didn't look good while you were there. I contacted pool service immediately and this is their response “Unfortunately the pool had a touch of algae, which is brought in from the environment (rain, wind, pool float, clothing, etc. ). It happens very quickly; can happen in a couple of hours. Once we learned of the situation, we immediately took action to eradicate the algae. We are sorry this happened during your stay.” I hope you will stay with us again.
