This spacious two bedroom apartment is ideally located on the Fifth Floor of a deluxe elevator residence on the Promenade des Anglais, close to the Negresco Hotel and the restaurants and boutiques of the Carre D’Or area.

The flat is fully furnished in a tasteful mix of modern and past decor. The large entrance area opens up to a spectacular dining and living room with wall to wall sea views. The main bedroom with airco, has a bathroom en suite and also has a terrace overlooking the sea, complete with a table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon aperitif. The second bedroom, with airco too, is located on the back side of the building with a filtered garden view. A fully equipped bathroom with shower and tub is next door.
Welcome in person.

It has a magnificent view of the promenade d’anglais, Nice beach & Bay of Angels from the large balcony. It is a spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The agent was friendly & helpful.

We loved our stay in Nice in this apartment! Segolene was wonderful. She had our flight info and met us at the property to check us in. We were allowed to check in early, which was so nice! The apartment is exactly as pictured and described, yet so much better in person! Absolutely stunning views from the large balcony where we enjoyed coffee every morning. The location is perfect and we enjoyed a sunrise swim each morning at the public beach across the street. We would most definitely stay here again and I wish I could rate it 100/10. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!!

Great location and amenities

Great location and amenities. Cold A/C and lots of privacy between two rooms. The balcony, elevator, and laundry were huge perks. The boardwalk can be loud with music, but the sliding doors on the balcony did a decent job of blocking the noise (bedroom was quieter than the living room, which was great). Being across the road from the beach was an absolute pleasure, and I would love to stay here again.

Apartment on the boulevard

Just a wonderful apartment with graet view of the promenade. Clean and very comfortable. Great access and secure. Well equipped to make the stay comfortable. This was everything we could ask for in a stay. The family was more than happy with the host and the apartment. Highly recommend. Nothing more than pure joy. Blessings.

First class and perfect location

This was the perfect location in Nice. The flat was top notch and very comfortable. Our check in process was well communicated and accommodating. We had no issues at all and would love to come back and stay again to have another bottle of wine while enjoying the balcony.

Property manager was quick to respond regarding check in process, questions about property, and when we had issues with plumbing and air conditioning. Beautiful views of the ocean and easy walk to local eateries and shops!

Great weekend in Nice

We had a great stay in Nice, thanks in large part to our fantastic rental! Great location, clean, and close to everything. The only drawback was on Fri and sat night we could hear the bar/disco across the street’s music when trying to sleep. It stopped at midnight however. Check in and communication with host was easy and efficient

Optimal location on the French Riviera

The location of this flat could not have been better. The balcony overlooking the Promenade des Anglais & the Mediterranean soothed our souls with a view we never grew tired of. It was wonderful looking out on the blue waters of the Med and watching cyclists, joggers, casual walkers, and the occasional kite boarder. Even in the wee hours of the morning when we couldn't sleep there was always someone walking, cycling, or sitting on the beach. The many markets, patisseries, and restaurants were located just steps from the flat. Gelato can be found everywhere! Having a fully stocked kitchen we did cook in a few times - but honestly we enjoyed the convenience of walking outside and finding a sidewalk cafe to visit. There are plenty of beach side places as well. La Vela is a restaurant/bar across the street which plays fun music in the evenings which can be heard from the balcony but they always stopped promptly at midnight. Carrafour is the closest grocery store just 3-4 blocks from the flat and we were able to find everything we needed. We made frequent walks to Old Nice which is about a 20 minute walk from the flat and gives you even more options for dining and shopping. We also visited Monaco twice - once by train and once by ferry. A visit to Monaco is not to be missed and is a quick 20 min train ride or 30-40 min by ferry. I felt the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner as the cabinets and fridge were a little sticky but that's the only critique. Segolene was great!

Perfection in Nice

This apartment is truly a gem! I'm very particular with lodging and I couldn't have been happier with this one for a girls trip with my daughter and granddaughter. It's on the 6th floor (American) with beautiful views of the sea and the coast from the large balcony. Each bedroom has its own bath and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine. Ségolène was communicative before and during our stay and was there to greet us when we arrived. It's a 20-minute walk to the Old Town and a short drive to the airport. I can't say enough about it; you won't be disappointed!

A great unit in a perfect location.

We rented this property for 6 weeks (April 1 thru May 13). It presents itself just as the photos show. We loved it and it quickly became home to us. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a long term stay. The location was perfect. A short 1 1/2 block walk to the Tram. A 20 minute walk to the main train station, 20 minutes to the outdoor market and another 5 beyond that to the heart of Old Town. The location on the Promenade was perfect. Two really good restaurant options within 2 blocks that became favorites and a great beach bar just across the street. I will add that Ségolène was very helpful greeting us, getting us oriented and then always available for questions. We had the chance to meet and have a drink with the owner who also lives in the building. A wonderful surprise. The biggest challenge for us was leaving. And we are talking about when we can return again and we would come right back here.

Stunning Views

We are two couples who stayed 5 days and 4 nights in one of the loveliest areas of Nice—overlooking the Promenade des Anglais. The warm weather, the gorgeous sea views, and the incredible restaurants made this trip unforgettable. It was all the more so because of the helpfulness of our welcoming hostess, the beautiful and comfortable apartment, and the perfect location in Nice. We will always remember those stunning views from the balcony. We will definitely return.

Wonderful Property

This property is a gem! Segolene was very easy to work with from the very beginning up until we left, so accommodating. It was unfortunate that the water tank broke on our second day. Segolene did her best to get it resolved but we knew that replacing water tank was not an easy fix and they did compensate us for the incovenience. Nevertheless, we very much enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and plenty of space to lounge around, especially when it was too hot to go outside. Just sitting there and enjoying that spectacular view was so relaxing! Will come back hopefully one day and will certainly stay here again! Thanks Segolene!

Girlfriend’s France Trip-Nice

We loved our location in Nice! What a fantastic view out our windows/patio doors. A great view of the Mediterranean Sea! Our property manager was very responsive to emails and phone calls. We would most certainly stay her again. Great space for 4 gals!

Koselig leilighet ved franske riviera

Koselig og sjarmerende leilighet med super beliggenhet. God plass på altan til å nyte gode frokoster og kortspill om kveldene med flott utsikt over stranden og vakker fullmåne mens vi var der. Men mye trafikk så ganske mye støy. 2 romslige soverom med tilstøtende bad på begge. Det var aircondition kun på det ene soverommet så det ble rimelig varmt på soverom nr 2. litt gammelt og slitt kjøkken, og her kunne det gjerne vært litt renere. Stranden er ganske ‘brådjup’ og det trengs badesko da det er steinstrand. Men rent og pent. Gode sykkelveier langs sjøen, vi syklet til Antibes mens vi var der. Anbefaler leiligheten og reiser gjerne dit igjen.

On the Promenade

The location was perfect for all that we wanted to do in Nice. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea was really spectacular. The apartment was very spacious.
