Newly available in 2026, this home offers ample room and is ideally situated between Leland, Lake Leelanau, Northport, and Suttons Bay. Enjoy easy access to Traverse City (30 min) and the stunning Sleeping Bear Dunes (35 min). Cook in the well-equipped kitchen, and unwind in the private outdoor area with a grill and fire pit under the stars. With a king and twin bedroom on the main floor, another king and twin bedroom upstairs, and a basement game room/twin bedroom, there's space for everyone.
The Space:
Great for a group to spread out and have privacy! There is a king bedroom and a twin bedroom on the main floor. Another king bedroom and twin bedroom on the second floor. Along with a game room on the lower level that has 2 twin beds.

Nestled in the serene countryside of Lake Leelanau, our property offers a tranquil escape on a spacious 1-acre lot. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. While the property itself provides a secluded retreat, you're also within easy reach of the charming local attractions. Explore the nearby towns, known for their unique shops and dining options. Experience the beauty of the area, with opportunities for outdoor activities and scenic drives.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! The property is a short drive from several charming towns. You're just a 2-minute drive to the Village of Lake Leelanau, 10 minutes to Leland and Suttons Bay, 20 minutes to Northport, 25 minutes to Glen Arbor, and 30 minutes to Traverse City. Free parking is available on the premises.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available to assist guests throughout their stay. Guests are welcome to visit our office in Leland if they need anything. Otherwise, we respect your privacy and will allow you to enjoy your stay undisturbed. For any questions or assistance, please contact us via the platform messaging system.
