A Much Needed Escape

Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental and just what we needed. he only issue was the lazy river was not opened hen we wanted to use it because of low staffing. We should have been able to use at our own risk.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was extremely clean and well equipped. Everything worked perfect, easy stroll to the beach and lots of fun things to do with the grands. Neighbors were super nice. Parking was great at rental for one vehicle any more would have to use overflow. Only negative was check in process, a lot of people all checking in at once. Building was small only a few people could be inside, everyone else had to stand outside. It was exceptionally hot/humid (July normal SC weather) would be nice to have a more comfortable area to wait your turn instead of outside directly in the sun. The check in process was easy once inside, the staff very professional and accommodating. We recommend and would stay at this rental again.

Short Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The trailer was great but our stay was short due to Hurricane Debby. I wish we could have stayed longer. Dealing with a third party for the travel insurance is not fun. I contacted them and LCR never sent my information to them so they could send me a sheet of what qualified for a return. I was not happy about that. Now I have to wait 45 days to see if I get anything back. Not happy with that.
