Welcome to your mountain getaway near River Run Village! You are just minutes from the shops, restaurants, and activities, while still enjoying the peace, quiet, and beautiful mountain views. This brand new multilevel townhome comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is perfect for families or groups traveling together.
The main level features an open living space with vaulted ceilings and great natural light. The living room offers a cozy gas fireplace, a mounted smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy your private saltwater hot tub with a mountain view.
The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need to prepare meals at home. There is a breakfast bar for casual dining and a dining table for sit-down meals together. A half bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
The primary bedroom, located on the main level, includes a king bed, a mounted smart TV, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Head back down to the ground level to find the remaining bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, a TV, and closet space for your belongings. The second bedroom offers a queen over queen bunk bed, along with a TV and closet space, making it a great option for kids or additional guests.
The entryway features a bench and hooks to make storing coats and gear simple. The private two-car garage offers extra storage space and a boot drying station to keep your gear ready for the next day.
