Printer’s Row is ideally located just a short walk from many of Chicago’s top attractions—only 5 to 10 minutes from Grant Park, Millennium Park, and the Art Institute of Chicago. It’s also close to the Museum Campus, including the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium, which are about 20–25 minutes away on foot or a quick bus ride. The neighborhood is within walking distance of the Willis Tower and the Loop’s shopping, dining, and theatre district, making it a perfect home base for exploring the city while enjoying a quieter, more residential atmosphere.



Getting Around:

It is exceptionally well-connected for getting around Chicago by public transportation. It’s just a short walk to several major CTA train stations, including Harold Washington Library (serving multiple lines), LaSalle (Blue Line), and Jackson (Red and Blue Lines), making travel across the city easy and fast. The LaSalle Street Metra station is right around the corner for suburban commuters, and Union Station is about 15–20 minutes away on foot. Several CTA bus routes run nearby on State, Clark, and Dearborn, and Divvy bike stations are close by for quick, flexible trips. Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the building. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.

Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.

Apartment is incredibly small. The rooms are so tiny that you can barely walk around the bed. The beds are full in size, which is unusually small for anything other than a child’s room, and the mattresses are as hard as a rock. The rooms don’t have any furniture with drawers or a practical location to store your clothes. The bedrooms also don’t have a television, which is honestly something I never even think of looking for in a listing as it’s almost a standard to have a television in a bedroom, especially at this price point. We had to live out of our suitcase which we constantly tripped over in the tiny hall, which was the only place to put it. The bathrooms don’t have any countertops or vanity space, so you have absolutely no where to store your toiletries or even a hook to hang a hand towel. The apartment also has almost no ceiling lights; you only have small, cheap, reading lamps which of course don’t provide any functional lighting. The view from the living room faces the federal prison. Lastly, the apartment had a stale, foul odor and the towels smelled like mildew. I have rented many VRBO apartments and have never given less than a 5 star review. The price of this one is outrageous for the what you get. Overall, the photos feel deceptive for what the space really is.
