Located at the end of a quiet canal with a private dock for approved boats, this home offers a double wooded lot, circular driveway, exceptional privacy, and abundant parking for boats, trailers, ORVs, and multiple vehicles. Association beaches are available for swimming.

This refreshed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and features:

We enjoyed our stay very much, the property was clean, and spacious, we enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Very close to Silver Lake State Park and other venues we visited. I would definitely stay here again.

Accused us of damage that never happened during our stay. Left place cleaner than when we arrived. Communication with boat ramp also not clear.

We truly want every guest to have a wonderful stay at our lake house, so we were disappointed to see this review. We also want to provide a little context for future guests. Unfortunately, a large piece of door trim was broken off of the door. This was discovered and photographed immediately after this stay. We reached out to the guest several times, provided photos, and tried to resolve the matter directly (but received no response), before a damage charge was processed. Regarding cleanliness, we had made a last-minute exception to our no-pet policy and allowed the guest to bring her new puppy. After checkout, our cleaner did document additional cleaning needed, including dirt and dog hair in the bathtub. Regarding the boat, our listing states that bringing a boat requires prior approval (so we can provide the necessary communication), but the guest was not aware of that requirement when she arrived. Once we learned she was bringing a boat, we worked with her and provided information about available boat launch options. We genuinely enjoy sharing our home with guests and do our best to be accommodating, responsive, and fair. We understand that occasional issues can arise, and our goal is always to handle them respectfully and make sure our guests have a great experience.

House was great for our families to meet from Indiana and Ohio for relaxing and the dune scooter trip was fantastic.

Super easy check-in, clean and comfortable for our group. So nice being able to bring our 2 lil pups along too! Kitchen had everything you’d need and a dishwasher! Beautiful beaches nearby, dune rides and awesome sunsets.

Great place to stay for our family! The cleanliness and stocked supplies of the house, location (quiet and yet close to the beach and dunes), and prompt communications made the vacation just that. The binder and brochures within the house gave insights into other resources and activities to do in the nearby area as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Short trip to the dunes

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was spacious and spotless, stocked with everything we needed, the beds were more comfy than home, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Would stay again 100%!

Perfect Little Retreat

This was a perfect place to just get away for a few days! The house was clean and had everything we needed and was just right for the 6 of us! Owners were very easy to work with and answered our questions in a timely manner! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Excellent location

We spent 2 days and nights , the house suited our group perfectly. There is plenty of yard for dogs to run.Good view of the lake. Only 4 minutes to the dunes or town. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location and perfect house for my family and I to stay in. Lots of parking and easy access. Large enough house for several people to stay comfortably. We will stay here again. Owners are easy to reach and will help with anything you might need.

Great place!!!

We had an excellent time here!! It was in a good location right down the street from everything. Had ample parking for our boat, toys and trucks with room to spare. Loved the back deck it was raining well we were there and the trees kept us sheltered during our bonfires. Would definitely stay here again. And the place is very clean and up to date.
