This modern, nautically themed vacation rental on the 2nd floor features a bright, spacious living/dining room with a kitchenette, a double sofa, and an armchair. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view all the way to the Baltic Sea.

With two bedrooms, up to four people can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed, a large closet, and a flat-screen TV, and features an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out “bunk bed” as well as a large closet. An additional shower room offers great comfort.

The lovely south-facing balcony with a partial ocean view is equipped with a table, four chairs, and two lounge chairs—a real highlight.

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the playroom make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. You’ll also find a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
