Your 3-room vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Building D. It is designed to accommodate 4 people. Park your car in the underground parking space assigned to the apartment. You can reach your apartment by elevator or stairs.

The 85 m² of living space includes a light-filled living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Nespresso machine. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed. One bathroom with a bathtub is directly adjacent to one of the bedrooms, while the other bathroom, featuring a shower, is located separately. The apartment is suitable for people with allergies.

The covered balcony, offering a partial, side view of the sea, features comfortable patio furniture that invites you to relax and socialize. The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!

All apartments have large terraces/balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
