Nestled beneath a magnificent live oak tree in the heart of Arnaudville, this cozy two-bedroom home offers a quiet, comfortable retreat in one of South Louisiana’s most charming small towns. This is my primary residence, which I open to guests while I’m traveling, so the home has a warm, lived-in feel rather than the atmosphere of a typical rental. Personal items are carefully stowed away before each stay to ensure you have plenty of space and privacy.
The house features two bedrooms, each with a full-size bed, making it ideal for couples, friends, or a small family getaway. With two full bathrooms, everyone has space to relax and refresh — one bath includes a deep soaking tub and a bidet attachment, while the second offers a walk-in shower and toilet for added convenience.
The bright living room is filled with natural light from large windows and includes a versatile daybed that functions as a couch or an additional sleeping space for a guest.
