Just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea, the spacious luxury penthouse 4.01 is located on the 4th floor of the “White Pearl” and accommodates 6 people in 175 m²—your dog is also welcome. It features two separate bedrooms as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two people.
This stunning penthouse offers a light-filled living area with a huge window front that opens onto the open-concept, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and the dining area. The sofa in the living area serves as a sleeping area for two people. There are also two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double box-spring bed, and access to the rooftop terrace; one bedroom is directly adjacent to a shower room. Another luxurious bathroom with a shower completes the apartment.
Highlights of the penthouse include a private glass-enclosed sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and the magnificent, furnished rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a beach chair, which invite you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh sea air. The apartment includes an underground parking space. Our top-floor apartments are accessible via the shared rooftop terrace.
Complex:
The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the third floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”
Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes; their sleeping areas are located in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.
Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new wing and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bike storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.
Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
