My family had a wonderful stay in TC at Joseph's condo. The location was close to many walkable restaurants and shops yet quiet. Check in was smooth with clear directions. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The rooftop patio was a hit and we enjoyed coffee, a few happy hours and even one night of star gazing! All around super comfortable stay. Thank you so much, Joseph, for sharing this treasure spot tucked in TC.

The location of this property can't be beat. It's within a 15 minute walk of several great restaurants, lots of shopping, and the beach.The host was super responsive. We had an issue with the condo across from us when we checked in. They had parked in front of their garage and it made it really difficult for us to park in our garage. The host helped us resolve the issue pretty quickly. The garage is small, as others have warned. We rented a 2026 Dodge Durango for our trip and it barely fit. Anything longer wouldn't have. The floors in the condo weren't very clean when we checked in. They appeared to have just been broom swept. Walking barefoot left our feet feeling dirty and grimy. The shower curtains also need to be cleaned or replaced. They had orange residue on the bottom in both bathrooms. Other than that the condo was very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. I will caution that the bedroom on the left when you come up the stairs either doesn't have a vent or it's covered by the bed or dresser. There didn't appear to be any ventilation in the room and it made it pretty uncomfortable to sleep in the evenings, especially after we closed the door. We brought a large fan with us, which helped a little. But overall it made for an unpleasant sleeping experience. The first floor stayed nice and cool though.

The rental is great. Very clean, great location, and so many amenities that made our stay super comfortable! The rooftop patio is also a fantastic perk! The garage is a great option for parking a vehicle on site. Our Terrain fit perfectly, but any car bigger than that would not fit. The only negative was that if you have a second vehicle, finding a parking space is a bit of a challenge. The nearby lot recommended does not permit overnight parking. We ended up having to walk about 15 minutes to a garage that allows overnight parking for our second vehicle.
