This Oceanview, Beachfront condo at SEA SIDE VILLAS is the perfect place for your getaway.
Sea Side villas is a an OCEANFRONT RESORT, with swimming pool, private beach access, elevator. Short walk to everything!
One Private queen bedroom with Smart TV, and adjoining full bath. Out In the hallway, There are 2 cute built-in bunks that your kiddos will love - especially if they like SpongeBob.
In the living room there’s a comfy pull-out sofa that sleeps 2 adults.
Living Room: A nice place to relax after a great day at the beach. There’s a large Smart TV, a coffee table (with built-in cushions) to play board games or card games around the table. The sofa folds out into a bed.
Or Read your favorite book while sitting on the balcony sipping coffee… taking in the gorgeous beach view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, Range, dishwasher, microwave (which is also a convection oven.)
There is also a large Breville Smart Oven/Air Fryer/Convection Oven/Toaster Oven in the closet.
Coffee Makers: there is a Single-Serve (pod) coffee maker on the counter plus a traditional ground coffee maker in the cabinet.
Stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware crockpot, baking sheets, blender, and a spice rack. We strive to have all the essentials you may need.
We provide Starter Essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, a couple trash bags, laundry and dish detergent for the beginning of your stay.
Theres a Publix on your way in ( just before Sea Pines Circle) if you need to grab anything.
We provide enough bath towels for the number of guests on your reservation. There is a laundry service across the hall for you. Please note the machines take coins only.
We do not provide pantry items. Only spices and essentials.
Owned by locals (4th generation HHI locals!) … stay where the locals stay!
This condo is professionally cleaned after every guest.

NO SMOKING… NO VAPING…. NO PETS…. NO PARTIES….
