Welcome to a rare Las Vegas single story retreat offering the space and flexibility that larger groups rarely find. This expansive six bedroom home is intentionally designed for multi generational families and close friends traveling together, combining generous gathering areas with private spaces to unwind.
With a mix of king, queen, full, sofa, and bunk beds, the layout comfortably accommodates guests of all ages, making it easy for everyone to settle in and feel at home.
The home also includes a private queen bedroom with a half bath and its own separate entrance. While attached to the main house, this space provides added privacy and flexibility, making it ideal for grandparents, in laws, a nanny, or guests who prefer a quieter retreat while remaining connected to the group.
At the heart of the property, the main living area creates a natural space to gather, share meals, celebrate milestones, or simply enjoy quality time together. Four and a half bathrooms, featuring walk in showers and soaking tubs, help mornings and evenings move smoothly even with a full house. Climate controlled interiors ensure comfort year round, while the private setting offers a calm retreat just minutes from the energy of Las Vegas.
