There is a dedicated, spacious workstation built for two, perfect for digital nomads who need to log in before heading to the surf. Your loved ones will dream peacefully asleep in the sensational queen size sofa sleeper bed, located in its own separate environment. This comfortable lounger is a magnificent atmosphere for some alone time.

Enjoy your morning coffee at the round dining table for 4 with a front-row view of the sparkling pool. A newly remodeled galley kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops and a breakfast bar for three. Take your time to appreciate all the impressive original artwork throughout the home!

Tucked away for ultimate privacy, the master suite features a King size bed and a versatile twin day bed, a huge closet and cable TV. The "split" bathroom design features a separate dressing room with vanity sink, with the main bathroom featuring another vanity sink and shower/tub combo which is perfect for our guests to get ready for a fun day.

“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Right out of the building's front door is the Boardwalk a swim/surf-friendly ocean, golden sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Ocean Front Walk, Cass St & Turquoise St. Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Leilani's Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!), & Second Nature bar/organic eatery to name a few. Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of many activities! Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just outside the front door! Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.

A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave (3 blocks south) & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~10min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~20min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, WiFi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
