STEEP STAIRS: please be aware that this home is located upstairs - 17 to be exact - caution must be used as with any stairs.
There is no dishwasher, washer or dryer. There is is a laundry service nearby.
The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide and can be tight in the driveway. Use street parking if larger vehicles. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.
City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.
Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.
