Start your mornings on the screened-in porch with coffee and peaceful woodland views, spend your afternoons exploring historic downtown Galena, wineries, skiing at Chestnut, or hiking nearby trails. Enjoy Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa and golfing, boating and fishing on Lake Galena, free use of the Galena Territories Owners club outdoor/ indoor pool & fitness center and dining. Then unwind each evening beneath the stars, sharing stories around the fire pit or in the hot tub or playing a board game or two. **Main Level**: This level houses 1 bedroom equipped with a king bed.

**Upper Level**: Here, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with two queen beds.

**Lower Level**: The lower level has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

- Pet-friendly property with a $99 fee
- Early check in / late check out by special request $20 (per hour)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Minimum age requirement of 25 years old to book
- Additional fees may apply for some resort amenities (equestrian center, golf courses, boat rentals)
- Security will issue a warning for any disturbance or nuisance observed. A second occurrence within 24 hours may result in a fine
- All outside lights must be shut off over night, otherwise may result in fine, per Galena Territory
- Firewood for outdoor fire pit is *not* provided but can be purchased locally
- The only outdoor camera is our RING door bell, but it is located on the home
- Use of hot tub and other facilities are entirely at guests own personal risk
