Spacious vacation apartment (70 m²) with a balcony and garden

The bathroom has a large sink, toilet, and shower, as well as wall-mounted radiators and floor heating. Towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge. The bedroom features a double bed and a large closet. A travel crib can be provided upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and more. A dining area is integrated into the kitchen. The living room features a sofa and an armchair, and there is a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. A radio/CD player is also provided. A wood-burning stove enhances the cozy atmosphere. Firewood is provided free of charge. Books, magazines, and board games are available. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a large balcony. Balcony furniture is provided. Guests may also use the large garden. From the apartment, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of nearby Perlsee Lake as well as the beautiful Bavarian Forest and Bohemian Forest surrounding it. Payment is due in cash on the day of departure or via bank transfer no later than the day of arrival. A general deposit is not required. Check-in days are Friday through Monday. We expect your arrival between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Please let us know in advance if your arrival time changes. We also ask that you call us approximately 30 minutes before your arrival so that we can meet you at the vacation home. All detailed information is included in your reservation confirmation.
